Dentist Volunteer Opportunities in Kenya - Massai Dental Clinic

Looking for Adventure?

We’re accepting volunteer applications from licensed dentists to serve at our state-of-the-art Maasai Dental Clinic in Kenya. You’ll experience the incredible Maasai culture and the breathtaking beauty of the Mara—an unforgettable adventure with real impact. Families are welcome!

Why Volunteer With WHDO?

The need is real—Kenya has fewer than 1,000 licensed dentists serving a population of over 52 million. WHDO’s Maasai Dental Clinic is a fully equipped, modern dental facility offering free care to rural communities in the Maasai Mara. When you volunteer with WHDO, you do more than treat teeth—you restore health, build relationships, and empower a community.

Why our program stands out:

  • Over 20,000 patients treated since 2008
  • Located near the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve
  • Modern clinic with X-ray, sterilization, and surgical suites
  • Deep community partnerships built over 15 years
  • Opportunities to explore Maasai culture and the beauty of Kenya
